The cut-off date for poultry orders (Turkey, Chicken, Capon & Duck) is close of business on the 16th November 2023. All other meats will be available to order into early December.

Our butcher has years of experience perfecting his knife skills and use of traditional butchery methods to ensure the presentation of our meat products is second to none and does justice to the hard work put in by farm suppliers. Our produce is sourced locally from reputable producers and certain products such as our sausages, burgers and stir-fry mixes are made here at the farm shop.

If you need advice on meat preparation, cooking methods, recipes or if you are looking for something specific just ask, we'll do our best to help and advise.
At McCallums, we deal only with farms that share our ethos of providing the best quality chickens through proper husbandry. We offer a variety of slow growing chickens including free-range and corn fed birds. For the festive season you can order our delicious fresh Bronze Turkeys. We also stock all of the traditional accompaniments for your roast including our own sausages and all of the necessary sauces and trimmings.

Our Aberdeen Angus and Longhorn beef is increadibly popular with customers who appreciate the exceptional flavour that matured beef offers.
Depending upon seasons and availability, we offer a selection of fresh game and speciality meats including Pheasant, Partridge, Duck, Venison and Wild Boar. Game is generally leaner than farmer meat, it's organic, healthy, easy to cook and full of flavour. Game has become very popular in recent years, if you've not tried it before we highly recommend it for both flavour and value for money.
Just how it should be, our Aberdeen Angus and Longhorn beef is matured for 21 days to achieve a greater concentration of beef flavour, taste and more tender meat for the ultimate eating experience.
Very popular with families, our mixed meat boxes contain a seasonal selection of quality meat such as mince, chops, stewing steak and joints.
Our BBQ meat boxes include all the favourites... beef burgers, sausages, chicken thighs and steaks. The tasty way to celebrate summer!
